On March 20, 2014, Marquette University Student Government Senate passed Resolution #5, Reserve Fund Allocation for the Purchase and Installation of Water Bottle Refilling Stations. The resolution, passed by a 26-4-0 vote, called for the allocation of $11,690 from the MUSG Reserve Fund to Marquette plumbing contractor JM Brennan for the purchase and installation of: one new water fountain with attached digital refilling station; three additional digital refilling systems; and ten gooseneck water bottle fillers that can be attached to existing water fountains. 

On May 1, 2014, Marquette University Student Government Senate passed Resolution #1, Reserve Fund Allocation for a Resuable To-go Container System. The resolution called for the allocation of $44,984 for the purchase of two Ozzi machines to be installed in Marquette in June to be ready for the fall of 2014.
