Stress Less brings students the opportunity to de-stress through different activities, including: yoga, zumba, stress ball making, as well as coloring. To only further enhance such a relaxing event, a photo booth, massage station and free food will also be provided!

Active Minds is an organization that student voices to change the conversation around mental health. As part of their work to increase mental health awareness, each spring they hold Mental Health Awareness Week, with the objective being to shed light and destroy stigmas regarding mental health.
