Austin Moody to perform for the Unplugged Series at Marquette

September 23, 2015

Marquette University Student Government welcomes country singer Austin Moody for the next installment of the MU Unplugged Series on Friday, September 25, 2015. Join us at 5 p.m. in Westowne Square to hear Moody serenade the audience with his authentic country music.

Born in Kingsport Tennessee, Moody grew up on a farm and was heavily influenced by farm life and country music. His roots have stuck with him through his journey to Nashville where his dreams became solidified. Moody has toured the country to share his love of country music to all types of audiences.

While touring the country, especially college markets, Moody has spent 2015 writing and working on a new album. His modern country songs hold the traditional sounds of classic country music. Moody’s concert is one you won’t want to miss!

MU Unplugged is free and open to all Marquette students. If inclement weather should arise, the event will be moved to the first floor of the AMU.
