Lions, tigers and bears, oh my! You can see all these animals and more during Marquette University Student Government’s excursion to the Milwaukee County Zoo on Saturday, September 6.
Visit over 2,000 mammals, birds, fish, amphibians and reptiles in specialized exhibits at one of the country’s finest zoological attractions. Animals native to every continent can be viewed in their respective habitats, including the zoo’s newest member, 2-month-old snow leopard cub Sossy, who can be seen on a live feed inside the Florence Mila Borchert Big Cat Country.
For an additional $2, students can even interact with species of stingrays and sharks in the zoo’s current special exhibit, “Sting Ray & Shark Bay.”
Buses will pick up students at 10:30 a.m. at 16th and Wells St., and students will return to Marquette at 3 p.m.
Tickets for this event cost $5 and are available for purchase in the Brooks Lounge.
