Julie Posh is a junior in the College of Communication, majoring in Advertising with minors in Graphic Design and Marketing. As the Communication Department’s Creative Director, Julie is responsible for designing MUSG publicity, as well as managing a team of three Graphic Design Assistants. In her second year in MUSG, Julie spent last year in the department as a Graphic Design Assistant.
“My favorite thing about MUSG is the community; MUSG is full of great people! I like feeling connected to what’s happened on campus,” Julie shared.
Outside of MUSG, Julie works in the Publications Office of the Office of Student Develop. She is also a member of the Advertising Club and Students for an Environmentally Active Campus. Off-campus, Julie does some design work for the American Diabetes Association of Wisconsin.
Julie recalls her experience with a random roommate freshman year as one of her favorite Marquette memories.
“We still live together and have had so many fantastic Marquette memories together. But none of them would have happened without that first meeting in Cobeen!” Julie explained.
Julie is a huge museum junkie, but refuses to go in the butterfly room at the Milwaukee Public Museum because she’s afraid of butterflies.
