Marquette University Student Government is now hiring a student to serve as its Communications Vice President (CVP) for the 2014-15 academic year. The CVP oversees a department of students who manage all MUSG internal and external communication, including design, public relations, multimedia and web content. In addition, the CVP serves as a member of the MUSG Executive Board and works with other executive members to make organizational decisions.
“As Communications Vice President, you have the opportunity to guide how MUSG and its members speak about the events and initiatives it takes on, in addition to communicating with students on a regular basis. Being able to see yourself and your team grow as communications professionals is especially rewarding," said current CVP Alex Lahr.
Questions about the position or application should be directed to MUSG president Sam Schultz at email@example.com with questions.
Details on the CVP position and application information can be found at musg.mu.edu/getinvolved. Applications are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 7 to the MUSG Office (AMU 133).
