MUSG seeking 2014-15 Program Vice President

Marquette University Student Government is seeking a Program Vice President for the 2014-15 academic year. Applications are currently available on the MUSG website and will be accepted until Friday, Jan. 24. This paid position allows students the ability to gain experience planning large-scale events, working with a variety of different people in and outside of Marquette and managing a $260,000 budget. The PVP is responsible for overseeing all of MUSG’s events, as well as leading the MUSG Program Board.

Additionally, the Program Vice President is a member of MUSG’s Executive Board, which is responsible for helping to lead the student government in the its mission to represent and serve all Marquette undergraduate students.

“As PVP, you get to see all aspects of events the benefit the entire student body and positively impact campus climate. You also get to work alongside a great group of passionate people,” said current PVP Tyler Tucky.

Interested students are encouraged to obtain an application online at musg.mu.edu/getinvolved. Applications are due to the MUSG office by 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 24.
