MUSG to host “craftness” night at the Annex

After celebrating the beginning of basketball season with Marquette Madness, Marquette University Student Government invites students to continue the camaraderie at “Marquette Craftness”. MUSG will host this evening of crafts, food and fun at the Annex on Friday, Oct. 11, beginning at 9 p.m. With basketball season quickly approaching, “Marquette Craftness” will give students the opportunity to create Marquette-inspired crafts like mason jars, picture frames and more. A photo booth will also be available for students to capture Marquette memories and place the photos in their crafted frames.

“Marquette Madness is the kickoff to the basketball season and ‘Marquette Craftness’ is an event to continue the excitement and create memories. Students will make stuff they can wear to games and use as memorabilia of their experiences at Marquette,” shared Program Board Assistant Emily Wulfkuhle

“Marquette Craftness” goes beyond the glue and glitter with free bowling all night long and open basketball courts for pick-up games. In keeping with the basketball theme, the iconic movie Space Jam will be playing for attendees to enjoy. The festivities will include free food and the chance to take home giveaway prizes.

All Marquette students are encouraged to “ring out ahoya” and continue the madness at this free, creative event at the Annex.
