Meet MUSG: Programs Vice President Tyler Tucky

Tyler Tucky is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Political Science and Economics. He is currently serving as the Programs Vice President for the 2013-14 school year. In addition to his commitment to MUSG, Tyler is also a member of College Democrats and works as campus tour guide. Having a long history with MUSG, Tucky first served as the McCormick Hall senator then continued involvement in senate as the Straz Tower senator. His favorite thing about MUSG is how MUSG reaches all demographics and serves the entire campus. Tyler loves how MUSG brings programming to all of campus and creates memorable experiences for students.

Looking back at his time at Marquette, Tyler recalls his favorite memories being late night walks with friends. “A walk to the beach—whether it is 50 degrees or 30 degrees—is always a nice way to clear one’s head”. When he’s not on long walks, you can find Tucky eating at Tracadero, his favorite restaurant, on Milwaukee’s East Side.

Tyler tirelessly works for MUSG programming, always striving to bring exciting events to the Marquette community.
