It's a bird! It's a plane! No, it's Super Sibs!

MILWAUKEE (April 14, 2013) – MUSG and the Resident Hall Association will be hosting Lil’ Sibs Weekend 2013: Super Sibs from April 19-21 for several days of action packed fun!

Lil’s Sibs Weekend 2013 will feature an array of superhero action and activities for Marquette students and their younger siblings. Super Sibs will feature activities including life size board games, bowling and performances from Comedy Sportz.

Welcome & Registration will be on April 19 in the AMU, Marquette Place from 4 p.m.- 7 p.m. where students can register their siblings for the weekend of adventure. Followed by registration will be a series of welcoming events which include Open Rec, Late Night with magician Mike Super, Karaoke Extravaganza and the MUSG movie: The Hobbit.

The kick-off events for Lil’ Sibs Weekend will begin the following day on April 20 with a trip to the interactive museum, Discovery World, from 12 p.m.- 3 p.m. Tickets are provided for the event which will include transportation. Students are reminded that tickets are limited and will only be provided to Marquette students and their guests. Friends or family who wish to purchase additional tickets may do so by contacting Discovery World at http://www.discoveryworld.org/tickets.

There will also be a tie dye event  held on April 20 from 12 p.m.-2 p.m. in O’Donnell Field where students and their siblings/guest can partake in making tie dye t-shirts. Other events scheduled for Saturday include bowling, laser tag, a carnival and a Milwaukee Brewers game.
