MUSG Communications Vice President application available

MILWAUKEE (December 1, 2012)- Applications are currently available for the 2012-13 Communications Vice President (CVP) position within Marquette University Student Government. The CVP is responsible for internal and external communication for MUSG, and is therefore instrumental to the success of the organization. As a part of the MUSG Executive Board, the CVP collaborate with other like-minded individuals looking to create the best possible Marquette experience for students.

In addition, the CVP oversees the Communications Department, which is comprised of talented graphic designers, public relations specialists, photographers, and social and multimedia directors. This department produces MUSG press releases and publicity posters, manages the organization’s social media accounts, and maintains the MUSG website.

Interested students can obtain an application from the MUSG Office (AMU 133), online at musg.mu.edu or on MUSG’s Marquette Involvement Link Site. Applications are due Friday, February 8.

Questions about the CVP position or application process can be directed to MUSG President Arica Van Boxtel at musg.president@marquette.edu.
