Late Night and MUSG to host "Vegas Night"

MILWAUKEE (October 30, 2012) – Late Night Marquette and Marquette University Student Government will host Vegas Night on Friday, November 2 in the AMU Ballrooms. The Vegas-style casino will be open from 9:00 pm- 1:00 am. There will be tons of game tables featuring all of your casino favorites. Hit the magic number twenty-one in blackjack or place your bets in roulette.  There will even be Texas Hold’em! Poker “experts” can participate in a highly competitive Poker Tournament.

Perhaps traditional casino games are not your thing. Then, check out the bingo table. Five in a row, four corners, picture frame, or a full card and you win!

Vegas Night combines the best of casinos with live music performed by students! With a live band and a huge selection of karaoke favorites, anyone can be a rock star.

“Casino Night is going to be a night full of Vegas-style entertainment! There will be high-end prizes for the winners of the poker tournament as well as Bingo. If gambling with paper money isn’t your forte, come for the Live Band Karaoke, it’s a show in and of itself,” Amanda Roenius, senior in the College of Arts and Sciences, shared.

Come and test your luck and maybe even defy the odds at this free, Vegas-style casino.
